We use your information to respond to enquiries, quote and schedule work, carry out and invoice jobs, meet legal obligations such as issuing compliance certificates, and keep basic records of past work at your property so future service is faster. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except where needed to complete your job (for example a supplier delivering a hot water system to your address) or where the law requires it.

Storage and Security

Contact form submissions are emailed directly to our office inbox. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
